So for the ulcers, my GI put me on Protonix and Sucralfate. The colonoscopy that lead to the esophageal endoscopy found SEVEN non-malignant ulcers! The CT scans showed, in addition, lower lumbar compression. The liver is a little fatty (no surprise as I also type fat). This has resulted in the removal of a cancerous (nonmalignant, unspread) colon polyp and a subsequent second colonoscopy, endoscopy, abdominal echo gram and an abdominal and pelvic CT scans. It is odd, but ever since I became 65 and Medicare eligible, I have been obsessed with going to the doctor and being tested for anything my team wishes.
